Vamana

Vamana Chikitsa, or Emesis Therapy, involves controlled, medically-induced vomiting. It is aimed to eliminate excess Kapha Dosha in the body which can otherwise trigger a series of ailments like acne, asthma, arthritis, chronic cold and diabetes.

Virechana

Virechana Chikitsa, or Purgation therapy, is the elimination of toxins from the body using herbal laxatives. The resulting bowel movement rids the system of harmful Pitta-related impurities. Organs in the lower torso - small intestine, kidney, colon, liver, and spleen - are cleansed during this therapy.

Basti

Basti is an ayurvedic treatment that involves administering medicated enemas to cleanse the colon and balance the body's doshas (vata, pitta, and kapha). The treatment is performed by introducing medicated oils or herbal decoctions into the rectum, which helps to remove toxins and waste materials from the body.

Nasya

Nasya is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy in which medicated oil is poured into the nostrils. It is a very effective therapy for stress, anxiety, insomnia, migraine, and other neurological disorders. It is also beneficial for hair loss, premature graying of hair, and other hair problems. It is also beneficial for skin diseases, arthritis, and other joint problems. It is also beneficial for obesity, diabetes, and other metabolic disorders.

RaktaMokshan

Raktamokshana is the important and prime process of blood detoxification. It is derived from two words ie; 'rakt' which means blood & 'mokshana' which means leave. So the meaning of raktamokshana is to let the blood out. Rakta moksha can be administered by various means, depending on the ailment. It is used to treat skin disease, herpes, jaundice, abscesses, ulcers and gout, among other ailments.
